Hallelujah

Easter 2016 has been very meaningful to me. I'm grateful for our Savior's supreme sacrifice. I'm grateful I can be forgiven and cleansed. I'm grateful He has suffered and taken upon himself all our infirmities and griefs.

When this life is over, we will be perfect and live with Him forever. Hallelujah!

If anyone is devout and a lover of God,
Let them enjoy this beautiful and radiant festival.
If anyone is a grateful servant,
Let them, rejoicing, enter into the joy of his Lord.
  Easter Sermon, St.John of Chrysostom

He shall grow up as a tender plant
And as a root out of a dry ground;
He hath no comeliness;
And when we shall see him,
There is no beauty that we should desire Him.
He is despised and rejected of men;
A man of sorrows,
And acquainted with grief;
And we hid our faces from Him;
He was despised, and we esteemed him not.
Surely he hath borne our griefs,
And carried our sorrows;
...he was wounded for our transgressions and bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement of our peace was upon him;
And with His stripes we are healed. Isaiah 53:2-5

He is not here - for He hath risen!
Matthew 28:6.

We rejoice and give thanks.
Hallelujah!
